The Qusinox box-section ceiling hood removes grease from cooking fumes using 14 labyrinth filters (500 × 500 mm). The collected grease is drained via the grease drain valve. The hood is welded and, according to the manufacturer, 100% leak-proof; LED lighting is installed as standard.
