The round roll-top chafing dish from the Buffet Supreme series keeps food warm at the buffet. The roll-top lid opens up to 180° with a patented, extra-quiet mechanism. It is made of highly polished stainless steel with a 2.3 mm thick frame and a 1.2 mm thick lid. The usable capacity is 5.6 L, and it is heated with chafing fuel.
