The HENDI frying pan from the Profi Line series has a diameter of 280 mm and a long hollow stainless steel handle. The thick sandwich base of stainless steel, aluminium and stainless steel combines the heat distribution of aluminium with the magnetic properties of stainless steel, making the pan suitable for gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs. The layers of the base are bonded over their full surface by high-impact bonding; the pan is easy to clean and suitable for commercial dishwashers.
