The HENDI frying pan from the Platinum Professional series is made of aluminium, has a diameter of 320 mm and is suitable for gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs. The triple non-stick coating «Teflon Platinum Plus» is heat-resistant up to 260 °C and designed for intensive use.
