The HENDI extra-deep frying pan Titanium Professional made of hard cast aluminium has a diameter of 280 mm and is extra deep at 85 mm. It is suitable for gas, electric and ceramic hobs as well as for the oven, but not for induction. The Whitford Xylan non-stick coating with an integrated titanium layer is heat-resistant up to 250 °C, and the handle is made of 18/10 stainless steel.
