The HENDI CONVECTOMAT CLASSIC GN 1/1 baking tray is made of enameled steel with a non-stick coating and is heat-resistant up to 300 °C. It is 20 mm high, has a 20 mm outer rim on each side and is free from cadmium, nickel, lead and BPA according to the manufacturer.
